The City of Hazleton will host an Electronics Recycling Day on Saturday, October 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hazleton City Authority, 400 E. Arthur Gardner Parkway, Hazleton.

Admission is $20 for Hazleton residents per car and $40 for non-residents per car. You must have a valid PA identification and proof of residency. Fees may be paid using cash or a money order made payable to City of Hazleton. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.

Mayor Cusat's Hazleton Revitalizaton Fund will host a Coffee with a Cop event Friday, September 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at CAN DO Community Park on the corner of Broad and Laurel streets.

Come out and meet members of the Hazleton Police Department and see all the new and exciting equipment. Plus catch a live K-9 demo at 12 p.m. featuring A'Sheridan.
